Wedding Day Management Package
This package is designed for the bride who wants to take control of the planning but would like a professional to be there the day of the wedding to make sure all of the planning comes together. We will give you a complete list of vendors and go over each one based on your style and budget and we will be available for consultation throughout the entire planning process. However, the major role of this particular service will happen on the wedding day. Your typical wedding day can last up to 15 hours and you'll want to enjoy every minute of it!
We start with a list of desired vendors. You'll contact the ones you like (based on my recommendation and experience with these vendors). Then...
2-4 weeks prior to wedding
- You will have one meeting to discuss all the details of the wedding day.
- We will review and confirm vendor contracts and timing of events.
- We will then create a wedding day timeline so that your wedding planner, all vendors and the wedding party will have a clear idea of what's to happen on the special day.
Services we will provide on the wedding day
- We will act as a liaison between you and your wedding vendors, making sure their commitments are fulfilled to your standards.
- Setup and break down of tables and chairs, DJ booth or band area, menus, place cards and centerpieces, gift table, favor table, cake and dessert tables, etc.
- We assure that the ceremony and reception areas are setup according to floor plan.
- We will make sure that all items necessary for the ceremony and reception are in place (arches, guest book, toasting glasses, table cameras, etc.).
- Cue processional (Music and bridal party) for the reception.
- Assure that the bride and groom do not see each other prior to ceremony.
- Assist bride and her wedding party when getting ready.
- Complete Wedding Day Emergency Kit for last minute needs.
- We ensure that all bouquets, boutonnières, corsages, flower girl petals, etc. are delivered to the appropriate members of the wedding party and family.
- We review marriage license, designate witnesses (not required in the state of Florida, but nice to have) and deliver it to officiate.
- Give a list of desired shots to photographer and videographer.
- Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors.
- Supervise transportation of gifts to bridal suite.
- We make sure all rental items are returned to appropriate company.
